Italian Vinaigrette

This simple yet delicious vinaigrette will take any salad and make it fabulous.

Ingredients
6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp group black pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a glass measuring cup (measure, mix, and pour, a 3-in-1 tool!), and whisk until mustard emulsifies. Chill until ready for use, and whisk a final time before adding to any salad of your choice. It’s very versatile and pairs well with all kinds of vegetable salads.
